1. General
1.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lucid Experiences Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to review each request on a case by case basis.
1.2. By purchasing a ticket through our platform, you agree to the ticket availability, pricing, fees, and payment options specified at the time of purchase.
1.3. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, we will provide updates and follow up with each participant on the course of action.
1.4. You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lucid Experiences and their employees, supporting affiliates and partners and their employees for the event from any and all liability claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained, or while on or upon the premises where the summit is being conducted. You hereby further agree that this waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
2. Copyrights and Use of Contents
2.1. This Website is developed and operated by Lucid Experiences Pte. Ltd. (“Event Organiser”) as part of the Lucid Immersive Summit.
2.2. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights and restrictions
2.3. We fully retain all rights, title and interest it may hold in the Website Content, including but not limited to copyright.
2.4. No part of the Website Content shall be reproduced, copied, published, adapted, uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of the Event Organiser.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
3.1. The Website Content provided on an “as is” basis and your use shall be at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties:
3.1.1. as to the accuracy, correctness, reliability, timeliness, non-infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose; and that the Website or any functions associated with it will provide a prompt, uninterrupted or error free service, or that defects will be corrected or that this Website, the E-newsletter and the server are and will be free of all viruses and/or other harmful elements.
